IF you are not completely satisfied with your glasses, simply return them to us within 30 days of receiving them for a refund* less shipping expense and an administrative fee of 20% of the sunglasses price. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and with this 30-day offer, you can have all the confidence in the world that you will love your new sunglasses.

*Sunglasses may not be damaged, scratched, or otherwise altered from their original selling condition. You are responsible for any damage done during shipment BACK to Smashing Shades. Shipping charges for returns to Smashing Shades are your responsibility.

If your glasses are Damaged During Shipment to Your Address

We work hard to get the sunglasses packaged safely. We ship your order in protective wrap and inside of durable boxes. In the unlikely event that your sunglasses are damaged during shipment it is VERY important to follow these steps exactly. NOTE: FAILURE to adhere to these directions may result in the forfeiture of your claims for damage, and your absorption of the loss for your sunglasses.

1. Notify Smashing Shades immediately in writing via fax (972-745-3555). Include your date of order, and insurance/tracking number from the package received.
2.  SAVE all packaging. FAILURE to save the packaging will result in the forfeiture of the insurance on your sunglasses.
3. We will notify you of the next course of action to be taken. Follow all instructions exactly.

Once we file your claim and it is investigated, we will send you a replacement pair of sunglasses. You can rest assured that we will protect you and your sunglasses during shipment!
